We are partnering with a leading financial services group to search for a Senior HR Director. As the organisation undergoes enterprise-wide transformation, this newly created senior role will play a pivotal part in shaping the people agenda across its key businesses.
Based in Hong Kong, the Senior HR Director will serve as a trusted adviser to the management team, translating strategy into organisation, talent and culture outcomes. Reporting to the CPO, the role will oversee workforce planning, leadership succession, performance and rewards, mobility and people governance, while ensuring alignment with global standards and frameworks. The remit includes steering multi-market org design, embedding a performance-oriented culture, and sponsoring priority HR initiatives across the portfolio.
We are looking for a seasoned, commercially minded regional HR leader with proven experience across diverse markets and cultures. Ideally someone with experience managing various transformation projects. You will bring strong business acumen, a track record of leading large-scale organisational design and transformation, and the gravitas to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
