As a strategic partner and as their first Head of HR, this position will align business objectives with employees and management across the various business units. The role will serve as a consultant to leadership on HR related issues and as the champion and change agent in addition to assessing and anticipating future HR related needs. In addition to providing strategic support, this Head of HR will also tactically support the areas of talent acquisition, development, management, organisational planning and design, as well as improving manager effectiveness, change management, and creating and sustaining a diverse and innovative culture that drives employee engagement and business success.
You are an experienced HR business partner with the relevant regional exposure and have excelled in a fast paced, dynamic, and fluid environment and are able to deal with ambiguity. A self-starter, you are highly energetic, tenacious, and able to think “out of the box”.
