Reporting to the CHRO, the Commercial HR Leader will play a key role in enhancing the organisations wide footprint for this premium product maker. At a national level, the role will have end-to-end responsibility for driving productivity, employee experience and the talent agenda for the business in close partnership with stakeholders providing strategic direction and excellence in execution.
We are looking for someone with strong HR business partnering experience with over 15 years. Experience in industries such as construction, building materials, pharmaceutical, consumer electronics will be very relevant.
