Regional HR Business Partner, SEA, Kuala Lumpur (MY)

We are partnering with a global brand in the consumer space. They have over 50,000 employees worldwide and operate in 50+ markets globally.

Based in Malaysia, the Regional HR Business Partner, SEA will partner closely with senior stakeholders to deliver workforce planning, organisational design, talent strategy, leadership coaching, and change management initiatives. Working within a highly matrixed global environment, this role will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging data and business insights to drive impactful people and organisation strategies across a number of countries within SEA.

The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of HR experience, strong business partnering capability, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven success operating in a complex multinational environment. Prior experience in consumer facing industries is required, along with strong commercial acumen.
