The Role
This is a highly visible position where the Central and South Europe People Business Partner will partner closely with business leadership to shape and execute the people strategy in support of commercial objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role will translate business strategy into effective talent, organisation, and culture initiatives while driving large-scale transformation across the organisation.
The Individual
The role requires a senior, commercially astute HR leader with broad international experience and a strong track record of partnering with executive teams. This individual will combine strategic thinking with hands-on transformation expertise, demonstrating the ability to translate business strategy into effective people, organisation, and talent solutions. They will bring deep capability in change leadership, talent management, and succession planning, supported by strong analytical skills and a highly data-driven approach to decision-making. Exceptional communication, influencing skills, and cross-cultural agility are essential, along with the ability to operate effectively within complex, matrixed, multi-country environments.
