TA Lead, APAC, Kuala Lumpur (MY)

We are working with a fast-paced technology company which is growing steadily in Asia Pacific.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, this TA Lead will be lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals across various markets within Asia Pacific to manage key recruitment deliverables for various functions. This covers the full spectrum from sourcing strategy, team effectiveness, as well as stakeholder engagement. This role will also manage the RPO vendors and look at continuous improvement of the TA operating model.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition leader who has track record leading high performing recruitment teams. You should have knowledge and experience on how to leverage AI and technology in enhancing the TA function. Proven adaptability in fast-paced and highly complex environments is required. Inspirational leadership is highly desirable.
