Head of HRBP, APAC, Kuala Lumpur (MY)

We are working with a global MNC in the industrial space. They have a strong transformation and growth agenda in Asia Pacific.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, this role will be playing a strategic HR business partnering role to help drive growth in the Asia Pacific region. The organization is going through HR transformation, looking to enhance their leadership and talent capabilities, organization effectiveness, as well as shaping a winning culture. The role will be partnering closely with the Asia Pacific leadership team and will also be a part of the global functional team.

We are looking for an experienced HR leader who has track record leading a business partner team across multi-jurisdictions, with broader exposure to the whole Asia Pacific region. Proven adaptability in fast-paced and heavily matrixed environments is highly desirable. Strong leadership capability with a clear leadership philosophy will be required.
