Our HR Interim Management strategy provides senior HR practitioners for short term assignments lasting from one week up to two years. These assignments may involve Generalist HR work, or projects in any number of HR specialisations including Organisational Development, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, HRIS, Change Management and Recruitment. Unlike in North America, Europe or Australia, interim management is a relatively new concept across Asia and Japan. We are working hard to build a ready pool of locally-based interim managers in the HR field. This group of individuals is a mix of locally-born and foreign HR talent based in the region.
