Our Executive Recruitment strategy aims to secure the most suitable HR professional for the position in the shortest possible time. This product offers greater flexibility and affordability than Executive Search. We source potential HR candidates mostly from our existing HR networks. Our ongoing career management role with a significant number of high-potential HR talent across the region allow us to efficiently and quickly target HR practitioners who we know will be interested in the role. Our ideas usually include a mix of locally-based HR candidates coupled with relevant individuals elsewhere in Asia Pacific Japan or outside the region.
