The Company
This US professional services organisation has its regional Asia Pacific headquarters split between Singapore and Beijing. It has 5,000 employees spread across 11 countries. The Regional HR Head (based in Singapore) is trying to build a stronger learning and development infrastructure.
The Role
As Regional Learning and Development Head you will be based in Beijing and cover the strategy across the 11 countries. This will cover everything from curriculum development, stand-up delivery, gathering feedback and constant improvement of the training programs offered.
The Individual
The organisation is having a tough time finding the ‘right’ person in China. They are therefore interested in learning and development candidates based in Singapore or around the region who are interested in moving to China. You will be at Manager or Senior Manager level currently.
