The Company

This is possibly one of the most senior shared services searches currently out in the Asia Pacific market. This international bank has appointed us to handle this critical mandate and we are looking for the absolute best in the field. The organisation is complex with operations in more than 10 countries and a staff strength of 8,000 plus employees.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Shared Services and locally to the Regional Head of HR, you will lead a team of more than 60 individuals to further elevate the HR processes and operations. You will oversee complex change management exercises critical to the success of the business. You will interface with key regional and global stakeholders across the business.

The Individual

You should currently be in the shared services space or have previously worked in this space. Additional HR experience, in generalist or specialist roles will be ideal. You will have managed large teams and survived successfully in complex matrix environments. Experience in both Asia Pacific and North America or Europe would be ideal.
