The Company

We are working in close partnership with this major US consulting firm to further build their regional OD practice. As a result, we have a number of opportunities for talented OD practitioners, ideally with a combination of in-house and consulting based OD experience, to join their Asian operations. Most of the opportunities are in Singapore and Hong Kong, but scope exists fro successful applicants to join in Japan, India, China and Australia as well.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of OD, you will take an active involvement in key leadership development and talent management projects with external clients. The complexity and reach of your assignments will depend on your experience and capability. You will work across industry sectors and geographies to leverage the firm’s IP and international network.

The Individual

You should have OD consulting experience from a combination of in-house and consulting environments, and be looking to take an involvement in some of the best external OD projects on offer in the region. Owing to the firm’s size, you will have an opportunity to climb the career ladder and this will definitely include international mobility opportunities
