The Company

An opportunity has arisen to join her team as the newly created Regional Leader of Talent Development and Learning. This organisation is a 40,000 person industrial company with 10,000 employees in APAC

The Role

Reporting to the APAC HR Leader and functionally to the Global Leader of Talent Development and Learning, you will put in place the talent management, performance management, coaching, succession planning and leadership development strategies. This will be a visible role that will work with business and HR leaders across 12 countries across APAC.

The Individual

Interestingly, our APAC HR Leader is new to this industrial sector. Therefor she is also very open to exceptional OD/learning practitioners who come from diverse industry backgrounds. If you’re a conceptual thinker and who enjoys working with a blank canvas, we’re interested to hear from you. Mandarin language skills are necessary.
