The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR, this Talent Management role is responsible for managing and maintaining the strategic plan as well as tactical delivery of workforce management across the APAC region. From Learning and Development to Succession Planning, this will be an opportunity to have an impact and make your mark on the company.

The Individual

Given the mult-facted nature of this role, you will be required to have a significant amount of experience in talent management and, preferably, within Asia. Financial services background is not required, but ability to communicate, present, lead and manage are musts. This company is very proactive in the development of its HR talent – you can expect an international career.
