The Company

This financial services organisation has 16,000 employees and a significant number of these sitting in Asia. It is one of the leaders in its industry space. They are serious about their recruitment function and due to an internal movement, a Group Head of Recruitment is now sought to take care of the group’s recruitment strategy.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Head of HR, you will lead a team of 15 individuals to ensure that a superior staffing service is offered to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders. You will ensure the ongoing development and upgrading of the team, as well as profiling the ongoing staffing strategy to the business. This portfolio will also oversee graduate recruitment.

The Individual

You should have excellent staffing experience and possess maturity and leadership skills. You will currently be operating in-house but come from an agency or search background. Financial services experience would be ideal but is not essential. We are interested to hear from individuals who see themselves as being able to ‘go beyond recruitment’ and who would be capable of transitioning later on into other HR roles within the organisation.
