Its Asia headquarters is located in Hong Kong which for this role will provide an opportunity to engage with the business at various levels. The Role
This position will partner across Asia with a significant business line that is front-facing and highly visible in the organization. You will be the go-to person for the business unit heads and the COO, but also involved in the day-to-day management across a broad spectrum of needs, advising internal clients and HR team members. You will also work with the HR specialists (e.g. C&B, Resourcing) integrating the human capital approach on a strategic and operational level.
The Individual
As with the organization, you will be innovative and flexible enough to adapt to a progressive and dynamic business and know how to partner with the business leaders to achieve established goals. You will draw upon previous financial services experience in a business partner function and yet comfortable with learning new approaches and business methodologies. You will need to have a strong client-focus, bringing to bear your organization skills and attention to detail.
