The Company

Our investment banking client is reorganising their HR team and is looking for a new senior HR practitioner to come on board to run HR for a 4,000 person strong business line. The company is one of the big players and has a significant presence in Singapore. It has a good reputation for its HR standards and tends to move its high potential talent quickly, both locally and internationally.

The Role

Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Regional HR, based in Singapore, you will lead an HR team of 20 and support a regional leadership team. The role will involve a combination of team management, as well as HR partnership to the senior management. You will also sit on the regional HR leadership team and contribute to key decision making.

The Individual

We expect that you are currently in Asia, either in Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong or Japan, but will be required to be based in Singapore. You should currently be running a regional business line within an investment bank and be looking to step into one of the best brands in the field. You will be hungry for an international career path beyond Singapore.
