As part of that growth they require talented individuals who can contribute and develop their own career along the opportunities that are taking shape within the firm.
The Role
The firm’s growth plan requires dynamic professionals who can help manage that growth through its recruitment function and this role will lead that function for a sizable business unit. Situated to head up a team of recruiting staff, this role will report to the regional head of recruitment for the Group. You will be required to get involved at all levels of the process and bring to bear your financial services experience to contribute on a strategic level.
The Individual
You will have had experience within the financial services arena in Asia and be comfortable managing a team across borders. Your will be mutli-faceted, good at empowering team-members and interfacing with key candidates, but also driving the process forward to ensure that the function is operating at full effectiveness. You will also be comfortable at presenting your thoughts and ideas to the management and interacting at all levels of the business.
