The Company

This financial services giant has 40,000 people globally and in excess of 10,000 across 10 countries in Asia Pacific Japan. Its regional headquarters are split between Singapore and Hong Kong. Owing to high demand in its staffing function, the Regional Head of Staffing requires a strong Staffing Reporting Lead to drive reporting requirements.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of Staffing, you will handle daily, weekly and monthly reporting required for various HR and business stakeholders. You will project manage many different assignments and be required to keep your finger on the pulse with what’s going on in each of them. You’ll be expected to put together presentations for the Regional Head of Staffing and help out with other unpredictable tasks.

The Individual

We are very open minded on the ideal background. At a minimum, you have a good head for numbers and reporting, as well as the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities. This role will gain quick exposure to the staffing needs regionally across the organisation and be a good stepping stone to other roles within the business.
