The Company

This financial services organisation has a staff strength of 10,000 across Asia Pacific Japan, spread across 13 countries. Its regional headquarters is split between Hong Kong and Singapore. Owing to future growth plans, we are appointing a Head of Technology Staffing. This role will cover a business unit of 3,500 and provide end to end staffing support for the Technology business.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of Staffing, you will interface with HR and business stakeholders across 13 countires in the business to drive the go-to-market staffing strategy. This will involve managing agencies and search firms, direct sourcing and also internal referrals. You will work to build the company’s brand and employer-value proposition in the technology banking space.

The Individual

We anticipate that you will currently be sitting in the technology space or within the technology function of an investment bank, and have a focus on staffing. You will have gained your earlier experience in a search environment and will have then transitioned from this in-house. You must be capable of working well within a large, complex matrix environment.
