This global financial services practice is a significant player globally and in the Asia Pacific region and is well-positioned to capitalize on the current economic recovery. New roles are being created, allowing for flexibility in the organization’s structure to best utilize the talents and interests of its staff.

The Role

This leadership role can be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore and is responsible for the APAC-wide Compensation and Benefits program and initiatives of one of the business units. You will be involved in benchmarking and leading the C&B program for the business, including working with outside resources in implementing new initiatives and managing a team across the region to ensure the program is competitive and aligned with the objectives of the business.

The Individual

You have significant experience in financial services compensation practices with a top-tier financial services organization. You are a team-player with strong communication skills and ability to lead a team to accomplish region-wide projects. Familiarity with the Asia region’s compensation practices are also important for this position.
