Head of HR, the Philippines (416/TCCG)

Location: Philippines
Type: Permanent
Posted: 05.03.10

The Company

We are working with the Regional VP of HR, based in Singapore, of a well known life sciences company to appoint their Head of HR for the Philippines. This organisation has a long heritage in the Philippines and an operation with around 150 employees. In Asia the company is represented in 12 countries and has 4,000 employees. It is globally headquartered in the US.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional VP of HR and locally to the Head of the Philippines, you will lead two staff and oversee the HR strategy of the country. You will interface with the business unit heads to advise on HR matters, while at the same time taking an active involvement in regional project work through the regional HR team.

The Individual

We are particularly interesting in hearing from HR talent originally from the Philippines who are interested in returning ‘home’. Our client is particularly good with international careers so if they were able to ideally attract someone who would return to Manila for two to three years and who could then move regionally or the US for an international assignment, that would be ideal.
