The Company

We are working on a retained search for a major professional services organisation for their Head of HR for India. This organisation has more than 20,000 employees across Asia and more than 70,000 globally. It is rapidly expanding and will double in employee numbers in India over the next two years.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR in Singapore and to the Business President in India (an expatriate), you will lead a team of 25 in the HR team. You will provide leadership to this team, HR counsel to the leadership team and also participate in regional and global HR matters.

The Individual

We are looking for an Indian HR practitioner who is currently in a leadership position in either the professional services or financial services space in India. Alternatively, we are particularly interested to hear from Indian HR talent outside of India who are keen to return home. The organisation guarantees significant career development potential and an international career path beyond India.
