The Company

We are working with a large US financial services group with operations in all principal locations around the world. It has a long history in the Japan market, and has a strong track record for attractive high calibre HR. Due to a future internal movement, we are starting to develop a talent pipeline for their new HR leader.

The Role

The role will report into the President of the organisation’s Japan operations, and will oversee the HR function of group operations spanning more than one legal entity in Japan. You will have the chance to work with the outgoing HR leader to ensure a smooth and seemless transition, and will be inheriting a strong and top-performing HR team.

The Individual

You will need to have a proven track-record in heading the HR department of a top quality organisation in Japan. You should be just as comfortable working in Japanese with more formal Japanese business leaders as you are with working in English with a wide array of international stakeholders. Prior experience in the financial services field will be a considerable advantage.
