The Company
This financial services organisation is a well known name across most markets in Asia. Its regional HR team sits out of Singapore and there are close to 20,000 employees in the region. Owing to further growth in the business, a new position is being created focusing on the development of and ‘maintenance’ of assessment centres across the region.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Development, this role will concentrate on designing assessment centres for potential hires ranging from graduate levels right up to senior levels. You will interface with an existing talent development and learning team to leverage off existing tools in the company, as well as consult with external experts.
The Individual
This role will best suit an individual with significant assessment and development experience. You will be degree qualified, preferably with Masters qualifications in Psychology, Behavioural Science or Organisational Development. Your career experience will have included the development of assessment centres, either in a consulting or in an in-house capacity.
