The Chapman Consulting Group uses a unique status indicator next to each position to show the stage that we have reached in the search process. We use 5 Status Indicators:
Upcoming
This represents a future opportunity with our client. While we don’t actively encourage applications for such positions, expressions of future interest are welcomed from those who wish to put themselves on our radar.
Shortlisting
This represents a current search for which we are currently putting together a shortlist. Applications are encouraged as we are still early in the process.
Interviewing
This represents a current search for which interviews are currently taking place. The search is advancing, however applications are still welcomed.
On Offer
This represents a current search for which an offer has been extended. Applications are not encouraged as the search is about to close. In the event that the offer is not accepted by the candidate, the search may re-open.
Closed
This represents a search for which applications are now closed. Either our candidate has accepted the offer, an internal candidate has been found or the search has been withdrawn.
