Introduction
Our Human Resources Salary Guide for Asia Pacific Japan is produced on a quarterly basis. This report looks at seven key areas of HR including positions in HR Leadership & Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Recruitment and HR Operations. Within these categories, we make the distinction between regional and local roles, and, where applicable, Director-level and Manager-level seniority.
Our survey is based on discussions with HR practitioners in the preceding quarter, as well as the collective view of The Chapman Consulting Group. This page includes the raw data of our research - for further commentary on these figues, please see our thought leadership articles here.
