I read often in your HR jobs that you are looking for people to return ‘home’ to their original country. What does this mean?
Answer:
We are seeing strong demand, when hiring for our multinational clients across Asia, to find a ‘local’ who is outside of their original country but who wants to return ‘home’. The reason is simple. An HR leader who has been on an expatriate assignment and left their home country often has a broader perspective on HR issues but also knows how the country interacts with the region or global headquarters.
