HR Q&A

Does everyone expect to move HR jobs at a salary increment?
Answer:
Often they do, but this view is not always right. If you are switching jobs for a role that offers greater stability, more challenge, better long term prospects and perhaps a better brand, these are few of but many reasons where sometimes a person should think twice about being greedy about money. We have seen plenty of situations with HR appointments where a candidate who is unrealistic about their remuneration expectations (but who really still want the job) have toppled the apple cart and not got the job.
