I've got four HR jobs, all coming to offer stage in the same week. How do I manage this?
Answer:
The trick is to manage expectations to all parties. Be honest with each of them that you are assessing options. Be careful to do this in a way that doesn't give the impression that you are wasting each company's time. Rank each opportunity based on factors including location, salary, career development potential, qualities of the leader, scope of the role and quality of support. If any of the opportunities realistically wouldn't be an option, then diplomatically remove yourself from the process.
