- Diversity positions across the Asia Pacific Japan region can be found across most major industry sectors, including Banking, FMCG, Technology and Life Sciences companies. Typically, larger companies (Fortune 100 etc) are starting to make larger investments in regional Diversity strategies, which they link into their global positions on the subject. Of the home-grown companies In the region, it is Australian companies that seem to be particularly at the forefront in advancing Diversity strategy, both domestically and across the region. It is fair to say that relative to Europe and North America, the Asia Pacific Japan region is less developed, but in some areas they are catching up fast.
