Storing of Information
Such is the nature of our business that we may collect confidential information on our contacts for use in connection with our search and selection activities. This information includes (but is not limited to) names, telephone numbers, email addresses, career background, résumés, educational backgrounds, personal interests and referee details. It may also include sensitive information such as medical tests, competency assessment results, performance feedback from previous employers and results of enquiries to associations or bodies.
Disclosure of Information
We will never disclose your confidential information to external parties without first getting your permission. Your information may however be shared with any external party under which The Chapman Consulting Group has a legal or statutory obligation to do so. It may also be shared with any individual or affiliate partner that is bound by a duty of confidentiality with The Chapman Consulting Group.

The Chapman Consulting Group stores all your information on our world-class database system and endeavours to keep the information up to date. Access to this database is tightly controlled to our employees, using passwords which are changed regularly. The Chapman Consulting Group cannot however be held responsible for any unauthorised access to your information. Unfortunately no transmission of data over the internet can be completely guaranteed to be safe.
