This financial services group has in excess of 80,000 employees across 56 countries. An important key in its growth strategy is the continual upgrading of its leadership talent at top and mid levels. The Leadership Development Practice operates as part of the Learning and Development team. Owing to further growth, a senior specialist is needed in this team.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Leadership Development you will be responsible for executive coaching, performance management, succession planning and job matching for a band of senior executiveis across the bank. You will work with leading education institutions to develop executive programs tailored to the bank’s needs as well as champion internal programs. The role can be based out of either Hong Kong or Singapore.

The Individual

You will be an Organisational Pyschologist or be a Masters-qualified OD or leadership practitioner. Ideally you are capable in an Asian language. International experience across several regional markets in the world would be an advantage. This organisation is looking for a high achiever who will move fast in their career.
