Future Head of Regional HR (639/TCCG)

Location: Singapore
Type: Contract / Interim

The Company

This search really gets us excited. Rarely do we see a company operating in a space that has such huge potential. This IT oriented company with a professional services twist was born in Singapore in 2007 and now has 50 employees. Its growth projections turn it into a 250 person, $150 million business within the next three years. It will quickly go regional beyond Singapore.

The Role

Reporting to the foundoung CEO, you will be the first HR practitioner to take ownership of HR. Currently HR practices sit with the business leadership team. You’ll work to implement effective HR strategies to underpin business growth. Initially you will be heavily involved in talent management and talent acquisition, as finding and keeping the right people are critical to this business’ success.

The Individual

You should currently be based in Singapore. You could be a Resident of Singapore or from elsewhere in or outside Asia. You’ll have a passion for building up an HR function. We are open to hiring this role on a contract or permanent basis depending on the person. We’d prefer an HR Generalist but we could also look at a Talent Acquisition or Staffing Specialist with a keen desire to broaden their experience outside of this space.
