The Company

This US medical devices company has its regional headquarters in Australia and boasts a rapidly emerging country operation in Singapore. Owing to merger and acquisition activity, the company has just doubled in size in Singapore and will double again in the next two years. A competent HR Director is sought to lead the Singapore operations.

The Role

Reporting to the Singapore CEO and the Regional HR Director in Australia, you will be someone who is exceptionally strong at business partnering with a dynamic leadership team. You’ll be capable of dealing with both proactive and reactive HR issues affecting the company. You’ll further refine strategies on talent development, talent acquisition, compensation and training.

The Individual

Ideally you come from within the life sciences industry. Experience coping with merger and acquisitions activity would be ideal. If you’re someone who can work hands-on and not need a huge team around you, then even better! This company is big on international mobility and rewards its high performers with fast career growth.
