The Company

Our financial services client has a brand name that everyone knows. It is a mid-sized player in Asia by employee head count size, but is also one of the market leaders in its space. Due to a growing emphasis on talent, a new role is being created to lead the talent attraction adn retention strategy across the region. This role will effectively unite the twin functions of Staffing and Organisational Development.

The Role

Reporting to the Executive Head of HR for the region and with a strong line to the Global Head of Talent Attraction and Retention, you will oversee the strategy across 25 countries. This role will manage three direct reports and will interface with the senior HR leadership team across the region, as well as key business leaders. You will focus on breaking down the barrier between external staffing and internal talent management.

The Individual

You should have a career background in both staffing and OD ideally, as well as generalist experience. You will be operating at a Director level right now and will be capable of stepping into a role that needs building and development. We expect that you will be familiar with matrix reporting and be good at stakeholder management.
