The Company

In an exclusive, long-standing relationship with this top-tier financial services firm, we are recruiting for a Senior HR practitioner to replace the Singapore HR Lead, made available via an internal move of the incumbent. This role will oversee an employee population of 300 employees. The company is well known internationally and boasts a staff strength of 30,000 globally.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional VP HR, you will business partner with a leadership team of seven and devise the HR strategy for the Singapore focused population. These 300 employees consist of a mixture of foreign and international talent. You will devise HR improvements to maximise the effectiveness of the organisation’s people strategy. You will liase with HR specialists in the regional team to leverage best practice strategies in talent acquisition, compensation and talent management.

The Individual

We are open to a local or foreign hire for this role, however you must be willing to be based in Singapore on local terms. Familiarity with the Singapore labour legislation is important, as is the ability to cope with constant change. You will be ‘cut out’ to work at both a strategic and tactical level, and will work well within a larger team.
