The Company

This multinational financial services giant has in excess of 80,000 employees and operations in 45 countries globally. Owing to an HR transformation project, the Regional Head of Shared Services is looking for an accomplished VP of Benefits to join their team. Based in Singapore this role will have a key focus on the strategy surrounding benefits provided to employees across the region.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of Shared Services and with a dotted line to the Global Head of Benefits, you will lead a small team across 12 countries. You will advise on the structure and payment of benefits, and help to drive greater consistency in how benefits are being treated across countries and across business units within the company.

The Individual

You should come from a benefits background that may involve in-house experience or could include consulting/vendor experience. You will be capable of assimilating into an organisation with significant complexity and one that is undergoing constant change. You will be attracted to this opportunity by the potential of joining a large, progressive team and an organisation of significant international reach.
