The Company

Our banking client has a considerable presence across the world with more than 10,000 staff across the region. Its India operations are growing rapidly and we are looking for an accomplished Staffing Leader to run their Indian staffing strategy. This is a senior role and will lead a high performing team. This is a chance for an exceptional Indian staffing leader to return to India on an assignment for a set period and ultimately take up a broader role in the regional or global headquarters.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of Staffing and with a dotted line to the Country Head of HR, you will work with key business leaders to devise the appropriate strategy to critical staffing issues. Leading a team, you will leverage a combination of internal referrals, direct sourcing and external searches. You will also participate in regional projects and sit on the Country HR leadership team.

The Individual

You will have proven staffing experience in the banking sector, either within India, within Asia or globally. You will be capable of both execution and leading a team. We are interested to hear from Indian nationals outside of India on assignment who would return ‘home’ to undertake a key India role in order to accelerate fast on a global or regional career track within this bank. Appropriate financial terms will be offered to attract an exceptional individual.
