This global financial services organization is a leading brand name in its space, yet adaptable and dynamic enough to respond quickly to changes in the market. Its Asia Pacific Region is head-quartered in Hong Kong and there is tremendous growth in the region for the firm.

The Role

This position will have a high-performing team around the region, focusing on the recruitment of experienced hires at all levels. The role will be heavily involved in both strategy of the business’ talent management and recruitment efforts and will focus on management of the function rather than hands-on recruitment. You will be involved around the region on recruitment and you can expect to liaise with the business heads at all levels and areas.

The Individual

You will have had led a recruitment function in the financial services industry in Asia. Highly energized, you must be a good communicator, leader and uniter – this role and its high-profile nature will require you to be capable of representing the firm and standing toe-to-toe with management.
