The Company

This financial services organization is a globally branded organization with extensive resources and world-class HR infrastructure. They are expanding their L&D programs across Asia and are seeking to find a seasoned professional to provide guidance for its development in the region.

The Role

This position will work alongside and advise the lead HR business partner as well as management for the region in structuring and leading the L&D program. You will have a significant voice in the direction of the region’s talent development initiatives and will liaise directly with global HQ to effectively deliver and direct your regional team.

The Individual

You will have had experience leading people in the TD/L&D space and have five years of direct experience in the financial services industry. You are capable of engaging with team members and senior management, working in a team to structure and deliver effective employee development programs. Mandarin language skills would be a valuable skill, but are not required.
