Principal Consultant, Learning & Development (621/TCCG)

Location: Singapore
Type: Permanent
Posted: 04.08.10

The Company

This global consulting organization is expanding its already sizable human resources-focused consulting practice across the region. The organization has a mult-dimensional approach to its client-service and provides a number of opportunities to its staff for career development in the region and around the globe. A top-tier firm and a top-tier opportunity.

The Role

Reporting to the Country Market Leader, this dynamic role will help cover the whole of Asia in developing the Learning & Development/Organizational Development practice. The position will require a multi-faceted approach, including presentations to significant parties, working in the larger team setting with other business-line leaders, hands-on delivery and even a little business development. This role can be based either in Singapore or Hong Kong.

The Individual

The person in this role will need to be more than just comfortable in the L&D role. You must have a bit of star-quality to you and feel at home up front and center with a captivated audience. You needn’t worry too much about the business development aspect – but presentation and delivery must be your strengths. Psychology backgrounds and Mandarin language skills are ‘nice to haves’ but are definitely not mandatory.
