This US headquartered multinational has 18,000 employees in Asia Pacific and its regional headquarters in Singapore. Owing to employee movement, we are now working with the Regional Head of HR to appoint their Regional Head of Learning and Development. The organisation operates in the professional services industry and is one of the leaders in its field. What is unique about this opportunity is that it is open to someone who wants to work on a part-time basis (part of the week or month).

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Head of HR and working closely with the regional leadership team, you will be responsible for all of the learning and organisational development activities. This will encapsulate everything from leadership development, executive coaching, management training program development and performance management. You will take over an established portfolio and will help maintain the existing service quality delivered to the organisation.

The Individual

You will be an accomplished learning and development professional, currently based in Singapore. Owing to other work or life commitments you will be looking to work on a part-time or part-month basis. You will be a quick thinker, commercial and capable of working with a very international leadership team. Asian language skills are not critical for this role.
