The Company

This highly reputable financial services group boasts a staff strength of 8,000 across 12 countries in Asia Pacific. Its Regional Head of Wealth Management is looking to hire a senior training/OD practitioner to help breed best-of-market performance and sales strategies from their business population. This role would be based in Singapore but could also sit out of Hong Kong for an exceptional individual.

The Role

Reporting to and closely working with the Regional Head of Wealth Management, this role will interface with country business leaders and their direct teams to improve the performance of the Wealth Management staff. This role will touch on sales and relationship management abilities, as well as team development and performance management skills. You will be involved in executive coaching, leadership development and succession planning.

The Individual

For this role, you could come from one of two categories. The first would be from a wealth management background and you are looking to move into a coaching role. The second would be from a more HR oriented learning/OD background that has involved coverage of the wealth management product base. You will be highly motivated, eager to succeed and enjoy working in a complex environment.
