The Company

This globally branded FMCG company is seeking to add to their Shanghai and HK-based Greater China HR team, in support of their various growing business in Asia. Overall, this company is an outstanding and well-regarded practice that would provide opportunity for further development on a global scale.

The Role

This senior HR position has responsibility over the Greater China HR function and coordination/partnering with the business on a strategic level. The role reports to the Regional Head of HR, based in Hong Kong, and will be required to manage the general HR functions, as well as implement HR projects and oversee employee training and development programs. The position also requires occasional travel around the region and to the global headquarters.

The Individual

You are a senior HR business partner with extensive experience in a top-tier multi-national organization. Your international exposure includes the Asia region and, to a lesser extent, Europe and North America. Fluent in Mandarin as well as English you are a good communicator across cultural borders but also up and down the organizational levels.
