The Company

This US-based, global consulting firm has a strong presence in Asia and continues to expand operations across APAC. It is looking for senior contributors to help lead the regional business in its Human Resources consulting practice.

The Role

This is a leadership role for the region, based either in Hong Kong or Singapore, which is mandated to bring into harmony the Talent Assessment service offerings of the firm across APAC. While leading the practice initiatives and coordination with the regional team you will not be encumbered with managerial responsibilities. Your role is to work across the region to keep the Assessment practice at the ‘cutting edge’ and advise the management team on structure, direction and new and innovative approaches to the business.

The Individual

You are technically minded and regionally savvy. You have the experience across the region to bring your understanding of the business trends and human capital/cultural issues involved in Talent Management and Assessment in Asia. Your familiarity within Talent Assessment has been garnered through experience as a consultant and possibly some in-house experience as well.
