Global Training and Development Partner (462/TCCG)

Location: Singapore
Type: Permanent
Posted: 02.08.10

The Company

This industrial organisation has a presence throughout the world. Its global headquarters is split between Europe and Asia Pacific, with certain global functions sitting out of Singapore. Owing to further growth within one of its key business units, a decision has been made to base a Global Training and Development Partner out of Singapore.

The Role

Reporting to the Global HR Business Head of this particular business unit, this senior Training and Development role will work across the company’s operations throughout the world. Interfacing with business heads, you will drive the strategy surrounding leadership succession planning, performance management, executive coaching and skills improvement.

The Individual

We anticipate that you will currently be based in Singapore and will have experience in a regional (and ideally global) capacity. Exposure to an industrial organisation would be an added advantage but is not critical. You will be someone who is capable of working well in a large maxtrix organisation, and who can build relationships with many different stakeholders to get things done.
