The Company
Our client employs over 15,000 globally and is a recognised market leader in the technology space. Due to internal organisation changes, we are helping to appoint a new lead for C&B in Asia to be based in Singapore. Leading a small team, this role will straddle reward and HRIS.
The Role
As the C&B lead for Asia, you will manage a team of 2 with a broad remit. The role will be responsible for reward, benefits, HRIS and some payroll management. The C&B lead will report to the APAC HR Head and also to the International Head of Reward (based in Europe). This role will require 20%+ travel from a base location in Singapore.
The Individual
You should be a C&B specialist who is able to be hands on and manage a team. It is vital that you have operated in Asia and are able to bring 'best in class' approaches for benchmarking and reward. Industry experience is flexible but be ready for a fast paced and dynamic setup. The APAC HR Head is keen for the role to be highly visible and someone who enjoys partnering with the business will fit in well. You are ideally based in Singapore however candidates with Asia experience who are able to relocate to Singapore will be considered.
