Regional C&B Director (1113/BD)

Location: Hong Kong, Singapore
Type: Permanent
Posted: 22.06.12

The Company

This is one of our favourite clients in the technology space. With over 3000 employees in Asia and their HQ in the US, they offer an innovative and fast paced working environment for employees. We are helping to appoint a brand new role as Regional C&B Manager Asia. This is even more exciting as the position can be based in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai or Sydney.

The Role

As the Regional C&B Manager you will work independently on Asia-wide initiatives and projects in the reward and benefits space. You will have a hard line report to the APAC Head of C&B but be able to work independently and directly to the global C&B team when needed. Base location can be Shanghai, Singapore, Hong Kong or Sydney. As a sole contributor you will need to leverage in country HR resources and work through others.

The Individual

You will have a solid background as a specialist in C&B and be able to advise and guide the business and HR leaders on best practice. Regional exposure in Asia is vital and ideally you have worked as a sole contributor before or be comfortable not managing a direct team in this role. Your project management skills, ability to deal with ambiguity and consulting skills will be essential. Industry experience is not critical but any exposure to technology is an advantage.
