The Company
Our technology client, which is a giant company, has more than 25,000 employees across Asia Pacific. As part of their growth strategy we need a Head of Shared Services to report directly to their Global Head of Shared Services in Europe. This is a key leadership role and will be a change agent.
The Role
Overseeing a business population of 10,000, you will work across seven countries and lead a team of 15 individuals. You will take the company through an important period of transformation and process development. This role will be vital to the successful functioning of the HR team.
The Individual
You should have extensive shared services experience. This should include the establishment or maintenance of a significant shared services set-up. Ideally you are currently based in Singapore but we are also open to relocation from elsewhere. You will need to have an appetite for change and transformation to succeed in this role.
